When executing the menu items "Run plain DOSBox" (in the "DOSBox" menu item) or "Run another game" from the "File" menu item, the frameskip rate, or on DOSBox Staging now called Vsync_skip, can be set now.

Technically, the previous method used to run DOSBox Staging with these menu items, DOSBox Staging told "This feature can't be set at runtime", so Dapplegrey now writes a config file into its very own Configurations subfolder located in its Applications Support area, to forward the vsync_skip setting using a configuration file at the start of DOSBox Staging.
