Last Chance To See Reader

About:
This is a Reader application supporting the 1992 PC & Mac software "Last Chance To See", published by Voyager.
If you're running current macOS versions, this Reader simply replaces the original application available on these CD-ROMs.

Hints:

• For faster access copy the CD-ROMs content onto the documents folder of your hard disk drive. The first time you run a chapter, the Reader will ask for permission to access this folder.
• When opening Sidebar window, the application may ask for Accessibility to open VLC to  play the sidebar audio files.

Hard drive disk access privileges: 
At the time you set the folder to let the application to read from, you'll be prompted about.

Playing sidebar audio files:
If you're browsing the PC version of "Last Chance To See", parts of the audio files included on the original CD-ROM needs to be played by VLC. The "Last Chance To See" Reader will automatically detect the VLC Media player, if it is installed in your applications folder.

System requirements:
Application binary is Intel only. On Apple Silicon, Rosetta 2 is required to run the application
