Grab the Easy Setup file and extract it with your favourited Unarchiver or Keka application, move the resulted folders ("CHAPTER1" to "CHAPTER7", and "COMMON") either to your Documents folder or somewhere to your hard disk drives, then browse the Last Chance To See Reader Preferences to that folder.
